WAYS TO REVEAL HIDDEN MESSAGES CODE
The best practice is to add the zero-width binary code in the spaces between words. We can then hide any message in plain text by splitting it into single characters and encoding it in binary with zero-width characters acting as the ones and zeros. That fact allows us to pick two arbitrary zero-width characters and designate them as one and zero.

However, for our purposes, the most important part about these character types is that they're not needed in English and aren't normally displayed. In that image, notice how the line is no longer continuous? That's what is meant by a non-joiner. For example, the zero-width non-joiner is used in languages such as Persian, where it's needed to display the correct typographic form of words.

Update (2 weeks later): ok i truly wish the dev would reply to this to tell me how the heck you really programmed this tech? As an amateur web dev and cryptography hobbyist, i searched around trying to crack the hidden content, and in the end came up dry. Basically i found a zero-width link shortening service and it works the same way (you save link as one website, but it really has a much longer url, its just invisible). Best lead i have is a technique called "zero-width text" where essentially the hidden words are edited to be so skinny that they go invisible. Little explanation given from dev, but i had to do some digging trying to figure out how the heck this works. Remember to use this for private use and not to misuse. "Hidden Message" respects privacy, we don't use servers or internet, your message is really hidden, we don't use any third party code or collect any data. "Hidden Message" supports all popular IM services: iMessage, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook Messenger, VK, Hangouts, WeChat, Talk, Telegram, Line and others, it even support emails, websites, any place you can put text message in it. This app is useful for maintaining your everyday privacy as well as for protecting your business correspondence. To keep it even more private, you can set a passcode to access your private messages. This hidden message is shown neither in the message history nor on the lock screen. While looking just like an ordinary message for an outsider, a message created with "Hidden Message" has a hidden part that is visible only to you and your friend. If your smartphone falls into the wrong hands, all your communications will be hidden under common everyday phrases
